BACKGROUND: After an extensive public notification process the PRCS Commission received and reviewed public input regarding the Fox Hills Park Basketball Court Improvement Project (PZ 960) at both the December 4 2012 and February 5 2013 Commission meetings. This Project was funded and approved by the City Council during the Fiscal Year 2012/13 Budget Hearings.Atthe February 5 2013 meeting the Commission recommended that staff resurface the basketball court and install Hoop #5 (Attachment) and a hoop lock with the stipulation that the Project receive a six month review by the Commission. DISCUSSION: In May 2013 the Fox Hills Park Basketball Court was resurfaced and re striped anda new adjustable fiberglass basketball backboard with hoop (Hoop #5) was installed.
