City of Culver City, California City Council Agenda Item Report RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the City Council adopt an Ordinance (Attachment 1) repealing and replacing Chapter 9.02 of Title 9 of the Culver City Municipal Code, and adopting by reference the 2007 California Fire Code, with local amendments and waive further reading. BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION: At the City Council meeting of January 14, 2008, the Council introduced the Ordinance by a unanimous vote (5-0). The Ordinance is brought back for adoption. FISCAL ANALYSIS: There is no fiscal impact associated with this item. ATTACHMENTS: 1.
