City of Culver City, California Agenda Item Report RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the City Council adopt the proposed Ordinance (Attachment No. 1), amending Culver City Municipal Code Sections 7.03.305.A.1 and 7.03.305.B.1 relating to parking violations in preferential parking zones. BACKGROUND / DISCUSSION: At the City Council meeting of November 12, 2013, the City Council unanimously approved introduction of the proposed Ordinance. The Ordinance is brought back tonight for adoption by the City Council. ATTACHMENTS: 1.
