BACKGROUND: On May 19 2008 the City Council conducted the public hearing related to various fees and charges. At that time the City Council determined it wished to continue this public hearing to June 2 2008 at 7:00 PM to allow time for the Budget and Finance Subcommittee (Mayor Malsin and Councilmember Armenta) to review the fees and charges with staff. Additionally on June 2 2008 the City Council determined to continue this public hearing further to June 9 2008 at 7:00 PM. The Budget and Finance Subcommittee met subsequent to the City Council meeting of May 19 2008.
