BACKGROUND: The Culver City Paratransit Program has been in operation since 1974. When the voters passed Proposition A in 1980 money became available to fund Paratransit services. The City of Culver City has received Proposition A Discretionary Incentive Grant Funding for the Paratransit Program since 1994.
