RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Equity and Human Relations Advisory Committee (EHRAC): (1) review, discuss, and update as deemed appropriate, the Draft July 2025 Biannual Report; (2) If so desired approve of the July 2025 Biannual Report with any agreed upon edits; and (3) authorize transmittal of the July 2025 Biannual Report to City Council.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Every six (6) months, each of the City's Commissions, Boards, and Committees (CBCs) must provide the City Council with a report that includes a list of accomplishments and proposed activities, projects, or agenda items.
At the July 22, 2025, regular meeting, EHRAC will review, discuss, complete the drafting of the July 2025 Biannual Report. (Attachment 1) The report should contain the following:
1. January 2025 - June 2025- EHRAC's accomplishments; and
2. July through December 2025 - EHRAC's upcoming projects, events and/or activities
