BACKGROUND On October 12 2009 the City Council and Redevelopment Agency Board received a presentation from the City Manager/Executive Director related to an overview of the City s and Agency s current budget challenges including a discussion of current revenue sources. At that time the City Manager/Executive Director informed the City Council and Redevelopment Agency Board of his intent to make further presentations to the City Council and Board on this topic. On October 19 2009 the City Council and Redevelopment Agency Board received the first part of the City Manager/Executive Director s presentation. This item will continue that presentation.
