BACKGROUND: On November 14 2007 City Council rejected the one bid received for the Culver West Alexander Park Improvement Project and approved modifications to the final plans and specifications and authorized staff to re advertise the project for construction bids. (This original bid had greatly exceeded the available funding for the project).
