RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the City Council continue this public hearing to Monday, July 28,
2008 at 7:00 PM.
BACKGROUND:
On June 9, 2008, the City Council conducted a public hearing related to this item. At
that time the City Council provided direction to staff to attend a community meeting to
review this item with that community group. At that time, the City Council also
continued that public hearing to July 14, 2008.
Based upon the expected length of other unexpected items on this evening’s agenda,
staff is recommending the City Council continue this public hearing to Monday, July
28, 2008.
