BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION: On June 13 2011 the City Council approved Tentative Tract Map TTM P 2011037 (Tract Number 71511). The Los Angeles County Department of Public Works has reviewed the Final Map for Tract Number 71511 and approved the map for mathematical accuracy survey analysis title information and compliance with the Subdivision Map Act. The City s Public Works Director/City Engineer and Planning Manager have certified that this map conforms substantially to the approved tentative map and is in compliance with all provisions of the City s Subdivision Ordinances applicable at the time of approval of the tentative map.
