BACKGROUND/ DISCUSSION: At the PRCS Commission s request staff has prepared this report as a recurring agenda item to give the Commissioners an opportunity review agenda items for the upcoming 90 days. Should Commissioners wish to make agenda or meeting scheduling adjustments or requests to agendize additional items for future Commission meetings motion #2 below may be made to move this item the Action Item calendar for further discussion.
