Based upon this application we are requesting the City of Culver City hold the federally required TEFRA hearing. The hearing is required to issue tax exempt bonds for the facilities located at 3939 Landmark Street in the City of Culver City. California Statewide Communities Development Authority would issue the bonds and the City would have no liability for the bonds. I have requested Sean Tierney at Hawkins Delafield & Wood Bond Counsel to confirm the liability issue and provide you with an explanation of the City's role in the TEFRA process the required notice and the resolution to evidence the TEFRA hearing.
