BACKGROUND At the January 27 2014 City Council meeting the City Council received a staff report and heard public comment regarding the proposed closing of the Culver City Ice Arena located at 4545 Sepulveda Boulevard Culver City (the Property). City staff presented information related to the Facility Closure Plan required under the California Fire Code the abatement of potential hazardous materials located on the Property and zoning and development considerations related to the Property.
