BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION: At the October 10 2005 City Council meeting the Council introduced the Ordinance. The Ordinance is now before the Council for adoption. FISCAL IMPACT: The proposed Zoning Code Amendments will provide more flexible development options for sites throughout the city. By providing these flexible options there is the opportunity of facilitating potential growth and revitalization of the City s commercial and shopping areas.
