DISCUSSION: The first budget study session of the Fiscal Years 2008 09 and 2009 10 Proposed Budget occurred on May 5th. The Chief Financial Officer gave a presentation to City Council which included a discussion of current economic conditions and provided financial highlights for the City s major funds. Since then there have been three more Budget Study sessions held on May 12th May 13th and May 19th.
