The election was held at the close of the organization s annual meeting this year in San Antonio TX. For more see Page 2. STATE I BANK HOPES TO POOL RZEDB FUNDS The California Infrastructure and Economic Development Bank (I Bank) hopes to encourage cities and counties that have received authority under the federal stimulus act to issue Recovery Zone Economic Development Bonds (RZEDBs) to join with the state entity in pooling eligible projects for bond offerings.
