RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Parks, Recreation and Community Services (PRCS) Commission receive and file the report regarding the PRCS Department Fiscal Year 2020/2021 Proposed Budget Presentation.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
The PRCS Director has scheduled this report as an informational item to give the PRCS Commission an opportunity to review and comment on the proposed budget that was presented to the City Council on Monday, May 18, 2020. The report will be presented as a slide show (Attachment 1) followed by a question-and-answer period. For the Commission’s information, three slides on “COVID-19 Updates” have been added to the slide show.
