RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the City Council (1) approve an amendment to the existing construction contract with Ortiz Enterprises, Inc. in the amount of $470,000 for the Construction of the Culver Boulevard Realignment Project, PZ-460 (the "Realignment Project") and the Stormwater Treatment Project, PR-002 (the "Stormwater Treatment Project") (the Realignment Project and the Stormwater Treatment Project are collectively referred to as "Project"); (2) approve an amendment to the existing professional services agreement with Michael Baker International for construction management and inspection services in an amount not-to-exceed $149,592...
