RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Equity and Human Relations Advisory Committee (EHRAC) (1) receive and file a report from the 2025-2026 Public Events Ad Hoc Subcommittee; (2) discuss and make recommendations as deemed necessary; and (3) if deemed appropriate, consider approval of the report's recommendations.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
In July 2020, the Equity and Human relations Advisory Committee was created. In August 2020, EHRAC's Ad Hoc Outreach Subcommittee solicited the Culver City community's feedback in the creation of the 2020-2021 Fiscal Year Workplan comprised of 2020-2021 upcoming events and projects. Community Members were asked to provide Public Comment in regard to what they would like to see EHRAC undertake for the remainder of the fiscal year.
On April 27, 2021, EHRAC reached consensus to create a Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Public Events Ad Hoc Subcommittee tasked with planning the upcoming events that would comprise of the upcoming Fiscal Year's Workplan.
