Invocation/Pledge of Allegiance The Invocation was given by John Nachbar City Manager and the Pledge of Allegiance was led by Josetta Sbeglia. Presentation Item P 1 Presentation of a Proclamation Designating November 1 2013 as Veterans in the Arts and Humanities Recognition Day Councilmember Clarke presented the proclamation. Keith Jeffreys United States Veterans Artists Alliance thanked the City for the honor and discussed the work of USVAA and upcoming shows. Community Announcements By City Council Members/Information Items From Staff Mayor Cooper clarified that Councilmember O Leary was present when Closed Session began.
