BACKGROUND: The City Council adopted a Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan (BPMP) in 2010. As the City s first Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan the document has been of significant importance in addressing bicycle and pedestrian issues. Since its adoption the expectation for the plan was to update regularly as conditions change and the City continues to meet its bicycle and pedestrian goals.
