BACKGROUND: The Proposed Fiscal Year s 2009 2010 and 2010 2011 City and Redevelopment Agency Budgets were presented to the City Council and Agency Board on Friday May 15 2009. Since that time the City Council and Agency Board have held five (5) public budget sessions to review and discuss the needs of the City departments in meeting the service expectations of the community.
