BUDGET COMMITTEES CHOOSE NOT TO INCLUDE SEVERAL LAO SUGGESTED GRABS OF CITY FUNDS Cities received good news this week when neither the Assembly nor Senate Budget Committees elected to adopt proposals by the Legislative Analyst to take city funds to support state parole realignment to county probation or for an ERAF style grab of local redevelopment funds.
