ATTACHMENTS 1 2 Resolution No. 2008 R071 Resolution of Vacation that includes Exhibits A and B Page 1 4 5 8 RESOLUTION NO. 2008 R A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CULVER CITY CALIFORNIA ORDERING THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF WRIGHTCREST DRIVE FROM THE INTERSECTION OF WRIGHT TERRACE AND WRIGHTCREST DRIVE SOUTHERLY APPROXIMATELY 100 FEET TO ITS SOUTHERLY TERMINUS. NOW THEREFORE the City Council of the City of Culver City California DOES RESOLVE as follows 1. Proceedings have been duly taken pursuant to the provisions of Sections 8300 et seq. of the Streets and Highways Code for vacating a portion of a public street as described in Resolution No. 2008 R071 of the City Council declaring its intention to order the vacation of said Wrightcrest Drive as more particularly described and illustrated on Exhibits A and B attached hereto and made a part hereof 2. The City Council finds that said portion of Wrightcrest Drive described in said Resolution of Intention and on Exhibits A and B is unnecessary for present or prospective public street purposes and said street is hereby vacated subject to the reservation of a permanent easement and rights of way in favor of the Southern California Edison Company AT & T and Time Warner (as well as any future public utility that may apply for a permit from the City to install facilities in the portion of Wrightcrest Drive) for public utility facilities within the easement and for access construction operation and maintenance purposes in over u...
