Fulwood (10/03/07) RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the City Council determine the Final Map is in conformity to the requirements of Chapter 15.10 (Subdivisions) of the Culver City Municipal Code (CCMC) and approve said Map by adoption of a Resolution as required by CCMC Section 15.10.410. BACKGROUND: On June 14 2006 the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 2006 P014 (Attachment No. 1) conditionally approving Site Plan Review SPR P 2006010 and Tentative Tract Map TTM P 2006011 for the renovation and conversion of a seven unit apartment complex into six condominiums at 3910 Girard Avenue in the Medium Density Multiple Family Residential (RMD) Zone. The City Council considered the Tentative Map and the Planning Commission s recommendations and conditionally approved the Tentative Map on August 28 2006 by Resolution 2006R 064. This approval expires on August 28 2009 unless an extension is applied for and granted.
