LEAGUE VOTES TO SUPPORT PROPOSITION 76 APPROVES OTHER RESOLUTIONS AT ANNUAL CONFERENCE Delegates to the League of California Cities 107th Annual Conference in San Francisco last week voted to support Proposition 76 the Live Within Our Means measure on the November ballot that is sponsored by Gov.
