LEAGUE MOVES TO A NEUTRAL POSITION ON SB 964 (ROMERO) The League of California Cities is now neutral on SB 964 (Romero) after originally opposing the measure. The bill s initial language severely limited communication between city staff and city councils outside of an open and public meeting. For more see Page 3.
