RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Members of the Parks, Recreation and Community Services (PRCS) Commission witness the administration of the Oath of Office to William Rickards, the PRCS Commission Member appointed by the City Council on February 8, 2016.

1-A. ADMINISTRATION OF THE OATH OF OFFICE
The PRCS Commission Meeting Attending Secretary calls William Rickards, the newly appointed Parks, Recreation and Community Services Commission Member to the podium, and administers the constitutional and loyalty oaths, both parties sign a duplicate original of the document, and, the PRCS Commission Member is presented with one of the signed documents. The PRCS Commission Member William Rickards then takes a seat at the dais.

The Chair calls on Commissioners for any remarks they may wish to make at this time.
