Joint Consent Calendar JOINT CITY COUNCIL/HOUSING AUTHORITY/SUCCESSOR AGENCY/ AGENDA ITEM: Cash Disbursements MOVED BY BOARD MEMBER WEISSMAN SECONDED BY BOARD MEMBER CLARKE AND UNANIMOUSLY CARRIED THAT THE HOUSING AUTHORITY BOARD APPROVE CASH DISBURSEMENTS FOR APRIL 19 2014 THROUGH MAY 2 2014. Meeting Minutes Board Member Clarke expressed concern with receiving the meeting minutes in a timely manner. Discussion ensued between staff and Board Members regarding the General Municipal Election; the review process; cuts to the staff of the City Clerk s Office; the value of the minutes; increasing efficiency with the minutes; linking the meeting in a minute to the video; costs to implement the technology; and adding funding to the City Clerk s budget.
