Invocation/Pledge of Allegiance The Invocation was given by John Nachbar City Manager and the Pledge of Allegiance was led by John Byers. MOVED BY COUNCILMEMBER CLARKE SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER O LEARY AND UNANIMOUSLY CARRIED THAT WHEN THIS MEETING IS ADJOURNED THAT IT BE ADJOURNED IN MEMORY OF MATTHEW WINDBRANDT BARBARA PERKINS AND EVELYN ACKERMAN. Presentations Presentation of a Commendation to the Culver City Sister City Committee in Honor of its 50th Anniversary Councilmember Sahli Wells presented the commendation. A representative of the Sister City Committee thanked the City for the honor and announced the 50th anniversary celebration on January 12 2013.
