EMINENT DOMAIN HEARINGS TO TAKE PLACE IN OCTOBER AND NOVEMBER The League has learned that the first legislative interim hearing on eminent domain will be held on October 26 in San Diego.(cid:160) It will be a joint hearing sponsored by the Senate Local Government Committee and Senate Trans portation and Housing Committee.(cid:160) The location and time of the hearing are still unknown.
