A BUDGET AMENDMENT REQUIRES A FOUR FIFTHS VOTE BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION: The Culver City Fire Department (CCFD) applied for grant funds to assist with hazardous material program modifications to meet the compliance requirements of AB 2286. This new law requires all hazardous materials regulated businesses and Unified Program Agencies (CCFD) to use the internet to file the required Unified Program information electronically.
