RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends that the Parks, Recreation and Community Services (PRCS) Commission receive and file the report regarding the Culver City recreational classes.

BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION

At the July 2, 2024, regular meeting, the PRCS Commission agendized a report from staff showing what recreational classes we offer, what other cities are offering, and why the class offerings have changed throughout the years.  The staff also mentioned at that meeting that the presentation would include the process with how PRCS adds new instructors and how members of the public could submit proposals for classes.  The report (Attachment 1) will be presented by Recreation and Community Services Coordinator Stephanie DaVall.

FISCAL ANALYSIS
