Fulwood (06/20/2007) RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the City Council discuss the Agenda Item Pending List and the Tentative Agendas (including identifying any items which may have been overlooked) and provide other direction to staff as deemed appropriate. BACKGROUND The City utilizes a excel spreadsheet to track items on tentative future City Council agendas. This overall list is commonly known as the Agenda Item Pending List. Further based upon items on the Agenda Item Pending List individual tentative agendas are created for each future City Council meeting date. DISCUSSION: The Agenda Item Pending List and the Tentative agendas are used to help plan future City Council meetings. In planning these meetings staff attempts to place items on agendas which yield an estimated meeting ending time of between 10:30 PM and 11:00 PM. While staff strives to keep items on the agenda they were originally scheduled many factors can impact the final placement of an agenda for consideration by the City Council.
