PROCEDURE: 1. The Mayor seeks a motion regarding the filing of the affidavit of posting of the notices for this Public Hearing. 2. The Mayor calls on staff for a brief staff report and the City Council poses questions to staff as desired. 3. By City Council action on June 28 2010 the Public Hearing was held on that date with public testimony being provided and the Public Hearing was continued to July 12 2010. The public hearing remains open and the City Council shall hear any remaining public comment at this time. 4.
