BACKGROUND
The Bylaws of the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC) direct the Committee to meet on a bi-monthly (every other month) basis on the third Thursday of the month beginning at 6:00 PM, or at another day or time established by the Committee that will facilitate the Members attendance and input of the public.
The last meeting for the FY 25-26 schedule is set for
Thursday, 07/16/2026 at 6:00 PM.
Staff recommends that BPAC continue with the 07/16/2026 meeting and set a regular schedule of meetings for Fiscal Year 26-27 through July 2027. If Members decide to meet on a schedule similar to FY 25-26, then the meeting dates would be:
Thursday, 09/17/2026 at 6:00 PM Thursday, 11/19/2026 at 6:00 PM
Thursday, 01/21/2027 at 6:00 PM Thursday, 03/18/2027 at 6:00 PM
Thursday, 05/20/2027 at 6:00 PM Thursday, 07/15/2027 at 6:00 PM
The Committee may approve this schedule or chose different dates and times.
