BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION: On May 7 2012 the City Council approved a construction contract with All American Asphalt to construct the Sherbourne Drive Street Resurfacing Project P 955 CDBG #601392 11. The Sherbourne Drive Street Resurfacing Project consisted of cold milling two inches of the deteriorated roadway pavement and overlying two inches of new asphalt concrete from Washington Boulevard to the end of the cul de sac....
