BACKGROUND: The primary goal of the Council Chambers Audio Video Project (Project) is to evaluate the audio video voting room control and broadcast production system (System) and replace those components that are in jeopardy of failing or have a poor history of reliability due to their age while preserving the existing System s features and functionality.
