RECOMMENDATION
That the Planning Commission:
1. Adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND), P2015-0069-MND, based on the Initial Study finding that the project, with mitigation measures incorporated, will not have a significant adverse impact on the environment (Attachment No. 6); and
2. Recommend Approval to the City Council of Comprehensive Plan Major Modification, P2015-0069-CP/MAM, and Historic Preservation Program Certificate of Appropriateness, P2015-0069-HPCA, subject to the Conditions of Approval as stated in Resolution No. 2015-P008 (Attachment No. 1).
