RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the City Council and Redevelopment Agency Board receive the
City Manager’s/Executive Director’s Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2011/2012
(Proposed Budget) for the City and Redevelopment Agency and an accompanying
brief presentation from staff.
DISCUSSION:
The City Council and Agency Board will be provided with the Proposed Budget
document. The City Manager/Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer will give
presentations including current economic conditions and will provide financial
highlights for the Proposed Budget. Budget presentations of the various
Departments will occur at the regular meeting of June 6
th
and during a special
meeting on June 7
th
.
MOTION:
That the City Council and Agency Board:
Receive the Proposed Budgets and a presentation from staff, and direct staff as
deemed appropriate.
