RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the City Council adopt the ordinance amending Section
17.400.065 of the Culver City Municipal Code pertaining to Mixed Use Development
Standards.
BACKGROUND:
At the February 19, 2008 City Council meeting, the Council introduced the
Ordinance (Attachment 1) by a 4-1 vote. On March 10, 2008 the Ordinance was
presented for adoption. The Council directed staff to make an adjustment to Map 4-
1 of Exhibit A to the Ordinance pertaining to Transit Oriented Development Sites.
The map change has been made to include property on the north side of
Washington Boulevard east of Wesley Street to Helms Avenue. The Ordinance is
brought back tonight for adoption.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact associated with this staff report.
