BACKGROUND: At the PRCS Commission s request staff has prepared this report as a recurring agenda item to give the Commissioners an opportunity to review agenda items for the upcoming 90 days. Although this item typically appears on the Consent Calendar staff is presenting it as an Action Item to give the members of the Commission an opportunity to have a dialogue with the Acting PRCS Director regarding the scheduling of upcoming agenda items.
