BACKGROUND: Staff has prepared this report as a standing Agenda Item to give the Commissioners an opportunity hear updates from the members of the PRCS Commission Ad Hoc Subcommittees and representative appointees to various outside associations and City Committees. All appointments with the exception of appointments to the Anti Bullying Policy Development Ad Hoc Subcommittee were made at the July 2 2013 Commission meeting. The Anti Bullying Policy Development Ad Hoc Subcommittee was established at the August 6 2013 Commission meeting and appointments were made on that date.
