Fulwood (04/19/06) REORGANIZATION 2006 1) SWEARING IN THE CITY CLERK Christopher Armenta re elected to the position of City Clerk is called to the podium and administered the constitutional and loyalty oaths by the Mayor Albert Vera and City Clerk Armenta is presented with a Certificate of Election. 2) SWEARING IN THE CITY COUNCIL City Clerk Christopher Armenta calls upon outgoing Mayor Albert Vera to make any comments he may wish concerning his service to the community. Outgoing Mayor Vera will then retire to a section in the audience reserved for his family. City Clerk Christopher Armenta calls re elected Councilmember Gary Silbiger and newly elected Councilmember D. Scott Malsin to the podium and administers the constitutional and loyalty oaths and presents each with a certificate of election.
