Economic Development is on track to produce, co-produce and supervise over 30 events for Fiscal Year 24-25.  Upcoming events for the remainder of the fiscal year include Spring Fling Marketplace,  Vibes After Five, Culver City Car Show, Taste of Culver City, Skateside, Pride Festival and Juneteenth.

In FY 25-26, we are planning for a return of the Summer Music Series with seven concerts beginning on July 17, 2025, reprise the Jazz Nites in partnership with the Jazz Bakery and Center Theater Group and continue our Love Local activations and Vibes after Five engagements with KCRW.  Staff is also exploring a screening or tailgate event for the World Cup and exploring the process to develop a Rose Bowl Parade Float for 2028.

Staff is currently producing the maximum number of events possible given the size of the Economic Development staff and the resources it has available. Addition of additional events would require additional resources and/or staff, or replacement of existing events.

Staff looks forward to receivingrequests feedback or recommendations on previous or upcoming events.
