Jerry Fulwood Chief Administrative Officer gave an overview of the proposed budget and fund balances. Marlee Chang City Controller discussed annual financial goals; key features of the 2006/2007 proposed budget; revenues and expenditures in the proposed budget; and capital projects and their funding sources. Ms. Chang also discussed the City's enterprise funds internal service funds and equipment replacement funds. Ms. Chang concluded by discussing a proposed comprehensive financial plan and fees and charges goals.
