RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends the City Council adopt a resolution approving the final map for Tract Number 83810 consisting of the creation of five residential air space units on an existing lot for condominium purposes located at 3906 Huron Avenue.


BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION

On August 08, 2022, the City Council approved Tentative Tract Map 83810 for this proposed private development project. The County of Los Angeles Public Works Department/Land Development Division has reviewed the Final Map for Tract Number 83810 and approved the map for mathematical accuracy, survey analysis, title information, and compliance with the Subdivision Map Act. City staff have certified that this map conforms substantially to the approved tentative map and complies with all the provisions of the City's Subdivision Ordinance applicable at the time of approval of the tentative map.


FISCAL ANALYSIS

There is no fiscal impact associated with the approval of the Final Map for Tract No. 83810.
