RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the City Council continue this public hearing to Monday, August
2, 2010 at 7:00 PM.
BACKGROUND:
This item was originally scheduled before the City Council on June 14, 2010. At that
time, staff requested, and the City Council granted said request, to continue the
public hearing to July 12, 2010.
DISCUSSION:
Since July 12, 2010, staff has met and determined that additional time is needed for
staff to complete additional work on this subject. Therefore, staff recommends the
City Council continue this public hearing to Monday, August 2, 2010.
