RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Equity and Human Relations Advisory Committee (EHRAC) 1) consider the creation of a Budget Ad Hoc Subcommittee and determine the scope of tasks to be assigned; 2) (if desired) form a Budget Ad Hoc Subcommittee and appoint members thereto; and 3) provide direction to staff as deemed appropriate.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
At the November 15, 2022 special meeting, the committee achieve consensus to agendize discussion of this item. At the December 13, 2022 special meeting, the committee will consider creation of a Budget Ad Hoc Subcommittee and provide direction for next steps, as well as discuss how this Ad Hoc Subcommittee will function.

There is no fiscal costs associated with discussion of this item.
