Fulwood (03/18/09) RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the City Council discuss parking regulations for large motor vehicles and recreational vehicles (RV) and direct staff as deemed appropriate. BACKGROUND: On August 18 2008 two members of the audience addressed City Council and requested that the Council reconsider permit parking for recreational vehicles. Council directed staff to bring the item back for discussion. DISCUSSION: On June 13 2005 the City Council discussed various options for regulating parking of recreational oversized and non motorized vehicles and directed staff to return with an ordinance establishing a complete ban on the parking of such vehicles (Attachments 1 and 2).
